Currently associated with M/s The Ambassador’s Sky Chef (A unit of Narangs International Hotels Pvt. Ltd.,) as an Accounts Officer/Credit Controller.

Joined the organization as an Accounts Executive in April’ 1996. The Company provides Catering and other Services to Prestigious Airlines like AIR INDIA, INDIAN AIRLINES, LUFTHANSA, AUSTRIAN, ASIANA, AIR ASTANA, SWISS AIR, AEROSVIT, ETHIOPIAN, SRILANKAN, JAPAN, TURKISH, TURKMENISTAN, SAUDI ARABIAN AIRLINES, AIR CHINA, INDIGO, GO AIR, AIR DECCAN & SPICEJET AIRLINES etc.
Major Responsibilities as Credit Controller:

Assisting Sr. Manager (Accounts) in Preparation of Budget, M.I.S., and other monthly / quarterly reports related to Accounts to be sent to Corporate Office.
Credit controlling, follow-up of payments and preparation of Sales, Outstanding & other reports.
Onboard menu planning & costing to finalize the Airlines catering bills.
Preparation of Catering Bills and Liaison with Airlines Officials for finalization of the same.
Co-ordination & Interaction with Airlines officials.
Worked as Asst. Manager Stores and Inventory Controller (F&B) for 5 years with the same organization.

To purchase materials for the Company’s use within the sanctioned budget most economically, keeping guard, quality and delivery schedules in view.
