Educational Qualification:
• B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from R.G.M.C.E.T college, Nandyal, Kurnool (A.P). Affiliated to J.N.T.U Hyderabad in the year April -2003.
• Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Sri GPR Polytechnic college, Kurnool –Affiliated to S.B.T.E.T-Hyderabad in the year 1999.

3 Sep-2004 to March 2006 M/S.Nava Bharat Ferro Alloys Limited (Power Division 82MW CPP), Paloncha, Khammam (Dist), A.P. Lead Engineer from C&I Dept. right from Engineering to Commissioning stage of DCS 82MW CPP.
4 June 2003 to Aug –2004. M/S .Associated Power Team Services Private Limited,Hyderabad(Bio- mass based Power Plants O&M) Instrumentation Engineer looking after the Maintenance of the C&I Equipment in Bio- mass based Power Plants O&M)
Projects Handled:
• As Sr .DCS Engineer in Tractable,suez Consultant and Owner engineer for 2750Mw Combined cycle power and Desalination plant Job profile as follows.
1. Reviewing the total plant DCS Mark Vie GE DCS general architecture: –
Based on contract requirements and descriptions, check needed redundancies at all levels (communication busses, central processors, operator stations, I/O level, etc.), functional
separation.
Check interface principles with third party systems (PLC’s, etc)
2.DCS technical specification:-
DCS architecture, guaranteed performances (reactivity, alarm time discrimination,
Historical data capacity, etc.),I/O quantification, interface with third party principles,
Principle I/O attribution and functional separation, installed spares, time
Synchronization Principles, etc.
3. Reviewing major third party equipment control system specification:-
Mainly for Gas turbine and steam turbine: operating principle capability in accordance
with plant operating concept, safety concept ,Integration with DCS: interface principles
and signaled definition with DCS (hardwired and serial) for operability and automation
purpose. Interface with other third party systems.
4. Reviewing DCS input/output lists:-
Checking adequate signal allocation in order to match with functional separation,
Redundancies at instrumentation level, etc.
5. Review the Instrumentation typical hook-up’s drawings, cable schedule, cable routing
and cable interconnection wiring list.
Checks instrumentation mounting good practice, material used, etc.
6 Operating concept:-
Check if modes of operation are in accordance with the contract (e.g. compatible with the
Specified number of operators, level of automation, remote control facilities, local
Interventions needed), consistent control philosophy, etc
7. Checking the consistency with Plant Operating Concept, control and sequences
Principles. Checking start up/shutdown sequences, more specifically regarding the
Required level of automation.
8. Checking consistency, completeness, ergonomics of displays, mimics, alarms, etc.
9. Checking ergonomics comfort (DCS and third-party HMI’s, printers, lighting, etc.)
10. Checking applied erection standards (e.g. grounding principles), accordance to local
regulations, I&C cable types, equipment numbering principle, etc.
11 Reviewing the all Power blocks Control & logic diagrams.
12. Reviewing closed loop control schemes and open loop control schemes for the balance
of Plant.
• As a Honeywell Project Engineer I commissioned the following projects
Independently.
1) Honeywell EPKS R210,C200controller & FSC system commissioned at
Bongaigauon Refinary petrochemical Limited ,Assam in the year
2006,JULY.
Project Profile: I/O assignment, Logic development( CM,s) in Control builder, Graphics development in HMI Display builder and Soft ware ,Hard ware Installation and site acceptance test like total system Redundancy checking etc.
2) Honeywell EPKS R300, C200controller system is commissioned at Acc
Lakheri, CPP Power plant 25 MW project at Rajasthan on March, 07.
Project Profile: I/O assignment, Logic development( CM,s) in Control builder, Hardware designing like – Marshaling cabinets GA ,Power distribution scheme, Graphics development in HMI Display builder and Soft ware ,Hard ware Installation and site acceptance test like system Redundancy checking etc.
3) China,Shangahi FAT support for 2×300 MW DCTPP, Yamuna
Nagar , Haryana state ( HPGC) Reliance project .
4) Honeywell –PLC, ML100R( Master logics) and EPKS server with Scada system Engineering activity is going on for M/s.ONGC-Gandhar.
Project profile: Acting as lead for this project ,designing of purge panels at OGC and GIU areas(Zone-1), Designed network architecture for ML100R PLC,system cabinet ,marshaling cabinets and field local control panels for compressor and LPG areas, coordinating for logic development.

Preparing of I/O list as per P&I drawings and channel wise I/O allocation, cable Scheduling and junction box scheduling and routing etc.
Preparing the specifications for field instruments and take the offers from different suppliers and making Techno –commercial negotiations and finalizing the order for proper field instruments.
Erecting and commissioning the field instruments and Preparing the control logics for boiler and turbine like drum level controlling and furnace draught controlling, hot well level controlling etc.
