Default DLL & LW Mumbai University

Hi I would like to have information about the Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare course offered by Dr. Ambedkar Law College affiliated to Mumbai University?

Keeping in mind the end goal to bestow the lawful instruction in the Mumbai city and the locale, People's Education Society (PES), stepped forward for the sake of Dr. Ambedkar Law College in the year 1977. From that point forward we are a critical organization doing equity with vision of the originator of PES, Bharat Ratna Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare

Each contender for admission to the course for the Diploma in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare probably passed the Bachelor's degree examination in any staff both of this University or of other University whose examination is perceived as equal to the relating examination of this University.

The term of the course might be one scholarly year, There should be two addresses of 50 minutes for each week per paper. The guidelines as to participation for the confirmation should be the same as in the Faculty of Law. The Diploma examination should be held toward the finish of each scholastic year on the dates to be reported by the University.

Post Graduate Diploma Courses (D.LL. and L.W. and DTL):

Minimum Qualification for Admission

Applicants looking for affirmation for DLL and LW and DTL more likely than not passed the Bachelor's Degree Examination of this University in any staff or a comparing degree examination of whatever other college perceived as identical thereto.

Principles of Admission

1 ) Right of confirmation is saved by the Principal.

2) An understudy looking for admission to the school should introduce himself with an application in the recommended shape properly filled in and marked by him/her with reports specified in the Admission frame.

3) No affirmation might be viewed as properly allowed unless it is conceded by the Principal and important expenses have been gotten by the College.

4) An Eligibility Certificate from the Mumbai University (Provisional or Final) is basic on account of understudy relocating from any University other than the Mumbai University and it must be appended to his/her application for , confirmation in unique.

5) An Identity card will be issued by the College after the understudy has submitted three most recent photos. This Identity Card is to be come back to the College Office without come up short when the understudy leaves the College. Understudies of the College, when they are on the premises of the College, must convey with them their Identity Cards.

6) If it is in this manner found that any of the announcements of the candidate is mistaken his/her affirmation might be scratched off without discount of charges.

7) All affirmations are temporary until every single fundamental endorsement, for example, Final Eligibility Certificate and so on are submitted to the College.

General University Rules

I) No understudy will be permitted by the University to seek after two University Courses all the while.

II) If an understudy abandons one school to join another after the consummation of a term or terms it will be essential for him/her to get no complaint authentication from the Principal of the College.

Standard for Passing the Examination

Each paper should convey 100 imprints. A competitor who secures least 40% checks in each paper mind a total of half on entire might be proclaimed to have gone in Second class.

A hopeful who secures least 40% of imprints in each paper and 60% in total should be pronounced to have gone in the top of the line.

Rules with respect to exclusion : The applicant who acquires no less than 50 percent of the aggregate checks in no less than two papers might at his alternative be exempted from the paper/s at a consequent examination. He might however needs to go in the rest of the paper/s as per the standard of passing set down above.
