    JOB EXPERIENCE IN DETAIL:

    1) Presently working as a Senior Executive—Projects in FUTURE GROUP (Pantaloon Retail India Ltd) from Dec’06 to till date.

    Key Responsibilities

    b)CO-ORDINATION: Making regular contacts with consultants and HO regarding layouts and their feasibilities at site. Making necessary changes on the layouts (if required), to make the store more spacious, beautiful and congestion free. To always push the consultants to release the proper drawings at proper time for achieving the scheduled opening date of the store.

    c)CIVIL & PLUMBING WORK: To monitor the entire site, whether the work is being carried out just as per the layouts or not. Checking the qualities of brickwork, plastering work, concreting and all. To ensure that the plumbing work and the fixtures of toilets are being used just as per the specifications. To check the proper drainage and water supply systems as well. Checking of the water proofing system of the entire building.

    d)ESTIMATION: Preparing the estimates of cctv, speakers, onsite furnitures, painting works, false ceilings, light fixtures and all the bought out items like promo bins, pegs, rubber flooring, cash counters etc.

    e)FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM: Checking the line and level of fire pipelines, monitoring of the work. Checking of the exact locations of hose reel, manual call points, fire alarms, fire panels, fire exit etc. Maintaining the proper pitch of sprinkler nozzles and smoke detectors and response indicators.

    f)PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM : Monitoring of the Speaker conduiting and installation work. Finalizing the locations of CCTV ceiling mounted cameras, dome cameras, and their installations etc.

    g)HVAC: Checking of the capacities of the AHU machines, provision of proper return air, supply air & fresh air systems. Ducting qualities and their insulations. Checking the lines and levels, ensuring that the store gets the maximum ceiling height. Checking of the proper insulation of chilled and hot water pipelines, testing of them and ensuring that there is no leakage.

    h)ELECTRICAL: Checking the quality and quantity of floor and ceiling data and power conduit works, fitting of various types of light fittings and false ceiling lights. Consultation with the electrical engineer if required. Ensuring that the power supply from builder meets our demand..

    i)INTERIOR & CARPENTRY: Proper vendor selection, after verification and negotiation of their rates. Supplying proper drawings to vendors. Ensuring the quality of paints, ply boards and laminates, hardware fittings, false ceiling boards and frames etc. Strictly maintaining the proper workmanship. Also to follow the time schedule through the entire work.

    j)MANAGEMENT: Proper stacking of the modular furnitures, light fixtures, and all the bought out items avoiding any damage. Providing proper working condition to all the vendors to work simultaneously by solving out their problems if any.

    k)MAKING OF BILLS: To make and send the day to day progress report of the site to higher officials, zonal office and head office. Making bar chart and ensuring that the timeline is strictly maintained throughout the entire project.

    l)Handing over: Proper handover of the store to the operation team. Handover of the as-built drawings, warranty and guaranty cards, contact nos. of the suppliers and vendors etc. Proper demonstration of safety, fire, HVAC, electrical and public address systems to the store administration team.

    m)Checking of Bills: At the end of the project, verification and certifying the measurements and bills of all the vendors, sending their bills to HO for release of payments and all.

    n)Quality & Deadline : To maintain a proper quality as per the specifications through out the entire project…also maintaining a proper speed to achieve the expected opening date of the store.

    Experience:

    1)Got an initial training of 1 month at Kankurgachi Pantaloons Project having an area of 70,000 sqft.

    2) Completed the Big Bazaar Raipur Project single handedly just within 4 months, having an area of 55,000 sqft.

    3)Completed the Big Bazaar Dhanbad Project single handedly just within 6 months, having an area of 60,000 sqft.

    4)Completed the Big Bazaar Ranchi Project having an area of 50,000 sqft.

    5)Successfully completed the Home Bazaar Ranchi project having an area of 30,000 sqft.

    6)Completed the E-zone project in Delhi having an area of 20,000 sft.
