Desirous of a challenging and rewarding position with a growth oriented organisation that offers diverse job responsibilities and the opportunity for advancement and willing to work on any new project.

Career Highlights of more than 11 years of service

    • Since March, 2005 with Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (AMUL), Gujarat, India as Sr.Executive (Project) and presently deputed to the J&K Govt. for the revival of Dairy Development Activities in J&K state as Officer In-charge.
    • Worked with Punjab State Co-operative Milk Producers Federation Ltd. (MILKFED),Punjab, India as Deputy Manager(Production) from March,1999 to February,2005
    • Worked with Daily Foods (I) Ltd. Kundli, Haryana, India as Assistant Manager from August, 1998 to February, 1999.
    • Worked with Dairy Den Foods, Batala, Punjab, India as Shift Officer from November,1997 to July,1998
    • Worked with Road Master Foods Ltd., Kotkapura, Punjab, India as Technical Officer from March, 1997 to November, 1997.

    Career Path with Significant Accomplishments
Since March, 05 as Officer In-charge at Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers Co-operative Ltd., J&K. on AMUL pattern.
    • I was one of the officers deputed by the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (AMUL) for the revival of the liquidated Milk Federations of J&K state and since July, 2006, solely responsible for daily planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring of the entire milk procurement, processing & manufacturing of milk & milk products, quality assurance, sales & marketing, accounts, purchase and general administration in the J&K state.
    • As per the initiative of J&K Govt. in 2004 and subsequently the Cabinet decision of J&K Govt. a MOU was inked between AMUL and the J&K Govt., for revival of the two liquidated Milk Federations of J&K state on AMUL pattern. And a new organization in the name and style of ‘Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers Co-operative Ltd.’ (JKMPCL) came into existence for dairy development activities in J&K state with proactive support of AMUL.
    • The erstwhile two Milk Federations of J&K state were liquidated as these were running on heavy losses.
    • The JKMPCL in a short span of three years of activities has started procuring quality milk from organized 312 village milk producer co-operative societies in Jammu and Kashmir divisions of the state on AMUL pattern and registered 185 village milk producer co-operative societies with Registrar Co-operative Societies, J&K.
    • The JKMPCL is financially viable and both the milk plants are running on profits.
    • Apart from milk procurement, we have earned the faith of milk producers, J&K Govt. machinery, political big-wigs of J&K state, in the working of JKMPCL.
    • The processed and manufactured quality milk and milk products are being sold in the J&K state under the brand name of ‘snowcap’. Two sale parlours outlets have been established in Civil Secretariats at Jammu & Srinagar where all the milk & milk products are kept for sale.
    • Got one parlour outlet sanctioned for JKMPCL at railway station, Jammu from IRCTC, which is one of the first parlour belonging to any Milk Federation in the country.
    • Revival of Milk Plants in J&K state and then after running in them at profit is not an easy task. It was/is an Herculean task for the reason that J&K ranks at the top in corruption in the country and is also a pampered state. Running things smoothly and that too on profits, is something unimaginable.
